   Should really be rated a zero!! But google wont allow. This place is horrible, i dont understand how they are still able to run a business with such a poor run down state of rooms. They DO NOT know how to clean! The room smelt musky, mouldy and of indian cooking. The shower leaked whilst using it which is probably why their vanity is falling apart. Also was a couple of cockroaches running around. This place needs to be shut down!! If i could add photos i would

   DO NOT BOOK Absolutely horrible. My room was next to the "restaurant" and was infested with cockroaches. On the the bed, pillows, inside the shower, on the tables. Besides this, everything like the linen was dirty and very old. Had to leave immediately and could not stay. The manager said that he would provide reimbursement, I assume its a usual ploy to get me off the phone. As expected, No reimbursement. Complete liars. Absolute horrible, disgusting place.

   Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the standards I expected and left me with a negative impression. Check-in Experience: From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was disorganized and inefficient. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared, resulting in a lengthy wait before I could access my room. This lack of attention to customer service was disappointing and set the tone for the rest of my stay. Room Conditions: Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The carpets were stained, the furniture was worn and damaged, and the overall condition of the room was far from satisfactory. Additionally, the bathroom showed signs of poor upkeep, with moldy grout and a foul odor. No air circulation in the room, and No proper Fan available . Noise and Disturbances: Throughout the night, I was subjected to constant noise and disturbances from neighboring rooms and hallways. The walls seemed paper-thin, as I could hear conversations and loud noises clearly, making it incredibly difficult to get a restful night's sleep. Poor Service: The level of service provided by the hotel staff was below par. Specifically, checkout process - no one is available at reception even no answered on call. Overall Disappointment: My overall experience at Epsom motor in was extremely disappointing. As a guest, I had expected a comfortable and pleasant stay, but instead, I encountered numerous issues that significantly impacted my satisfaction. I believe it is essential for you as the management to be aware of these shortcomings to improve the quality of service provided.

   This is gotta be the most filthiest, dirtiest most unhygienic motel that I’ve ever come across!!! I would recommend this place to ANYONE. My daughter and I just finished staying there for a week through emergency housing, and I had to give the keys back because I just couldn’t handle my daughter being around that and living amongst it! It’s so yuck there DONT EVER GO THERE. COCKROACHES, ANTS AND LITTLE MICE

   when first coming into the room, the guy from reception had come in and sprayed something definitely not a good look when first walking into a room, the beds were dirty and one of the beds look like they weren't changed as there was hair and other objects in the bed. very disgusting... the bathroom cleanliness wasn't good the sink boards had water damage, doesn't look inviting at all when we were getting ready to leave the room, one of the guys was standing at the glass door while my cousin and myself were getting changed, i think coming the first time to let us know to leave was enough not coming back 3 mins later and waiting at the door, was definitely unprofessional and off-putting especially being females. not worth what we paid. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

   Stayed for one night. Room was dirty trees and bushes are all overgrown. Beds are not comfortable at all. The shower is either boiling hot or freezing cold. Do not recommend staying here

   This place is so run down. Mold on the ceiling, ceiling fan that was so noisy and friken shook when you turned it on. Air conditioning doesn't work, drape not wide enough to cover ranch slider, freezer needed defrosting, drain in shower was totally disgusting dont think it has ever been cleaned, beside lamps didn't work , neither did the power points. One night here is enough.

   This motel was very run down, looked like it had not been maintained in years. In my room the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and was soaking wet, the vanity sink unit in the bathroom was all rotten, the fan, heat pump and hair dryer did not work and was soiled in dust. Plus the kettle was full of dirty water from the last person, the fridge was over iced and very cold, the cupboards were all broken. I brought my own cups etc from the supermarket as the set in the room was dirty etc and no sink to wash. In regards to the property it was completely overgrown with weeds etc, there was dirty rubbish everywhere including dirty alcohol bottles outside my room plus a dirty skip full rubbish etc. Plus a lot of broken fixtures and fittings outside also, looked like had had no maintenance for years. The only good thing was the bed was clean and motel was in a good location otherwise would have demanded a refund and gone elsewhere. Will certainly not be back here
