   Honestly these guys saved our ass! After an absolute horrible experience with Aero hotel across the road me and my partner came here hoping to find a room within our budget absolutely last minute. The service we got at reception was absolutely amazing, the lady serving us worked with us to get a room and our budget. The room was tidy, warm and clean!!! Will definitely look at staying here next time! Thank you for providing amazing service!

   Air New Zealand put me up in the hotel overnight due to their flight delays and while I was disappointed I had to wait till the next day to fly back to Australia, I actually was very happy with the delay as my accommodation was absolutely perfect! Stunning room and an immaculate bathroom. Staff were so helpful and efficient in checking myself (and the rest of the flight) in and ensuring we had all the information and resources ready to return to the airport in the morning. I will definitely be staying here on my own money next time I visit Auckland and highly

   I don't have any bad thing to say about this hotel. Everything was perfect. 24-hour reception, close to the airport, free shuttle bus to the airport. The room was clean and well equipped - hairdryer, soaps and shampoos smelled great, big TV, balcony. I would also like to thank the lady at the reception. I overslept on the day of departure. My boyfriend called at the reception, she woke me up personally and the most amazing thing was that when I checked out the bus arrived at the airport and she ran after me with a bus ticket. I really felt that the staff cared about the guests. I can only recommend it.

   Wonderful first stay at Naumi Hotel. Very friendly staff and I loved the extra little touches. The free tea in reception, the lollies at the bar, the robes and quality soaps in the room and the rain shower. Price was quite high but good quality. Double queen room, 1 adult $306. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Will bring my children next year as they would enjoy the pool.

   We booked Naumi Auckland Hotel for a short layover, expecting a comfortable rest. Unfortunately, our entire experience was overshadowed by the front desk receptionist at around 29 Sep 12:20pm. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional: cold face, unfriendly tone, and an overall hostile attitude that made us feel completely unwelcome. Before arriving, we had called and confirmed that an early check-in would be fine. Yet when we arrived, the receptionist abruptly mentioned that she avoided an early check-in fee for us, and delivered it in a dismissive, almost scolding manner. It felt less like hospitality and more like being tolerated. This interaction left us feeling humiliated and uncomfortable. Even though the facilities are fine and other staff were polite, the front desk is the first and most important contact point of a hotel. With such an attitude, the whole stay felt ruined. For travelers, this was not just poor service — it was a truly unpleasant and unacceptable experience. I also cannot ignore the contrast: staff seemed perfectly pleasant with other guests, yet our treatment was noticeably different. I don’t know the reason, but it was enough to make us feel unwelcome as Asian travelers. Anyone considering this hotel should weigh that carefully before booking.

   Pleasantly surprised, far better than anything else in the area. It is modern, clean and tidy. Rooms updated with fit and finishes that are currently on trend. Has complimentary gym, pool and parking. The complimentary mini bar is a great touch too with quality products.

   This is a basic hotel. Nothing fancy at all. In fact, the opposite….old and run down. It is an 8mins cab ride from airport and you have to pay a min of $45 because it’s too close. You might as well stay in Auckland the night. We got there and received misleading information about the location of the room eg. that we had to walk upstairs with our bags (there was a lift). Then on check out (because I paid in cash and left cash deposit) they had to go and physically check our room and took ages to get the deposit back to us. Added another half hour to our check out process. Poor start to our holidays, I would not recommend.

   Rough refurbishment with unfinished fittings and paint jobs. The humidifier with scent throughout the hotel was a little overbearing. Staff were great, but it was not what we were expecting. Good location close to motorway and easy to get to the airport. We got the economy room, I suggest going for the habitat room.hooefully more attention to detail in those rooms. The price was reasonable as well

   Rooms are good but issue with ventilation, very cool with the ducted ventilation but have a cheap heater in the room. Not overly controlled and a bit stuffy. The service with the wait and bar staff is terrible. Had to constantly call for service to the table, to order meals, drinks, desert. Lots of staff on, just no customer care.

   Lovely place with a nice restaurant on-site. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Despite a system issue (which was addressed immediately), we enjoyed our very short stay and look forward to staying here again in the future.
