We've just concluded our tenancy at the 2nd property we've rented through MMP, and we are very sorry to be leaving their care. Having dealt with many Property Managers over 4 years, I can safely say that the entire group here are wonderful, both as managers and as people. Maintenance issues were taken care of promptly and in the least invasive way possible. Communication was top notch. But most of all, all of the managers here are extremely reasonable and treat tenants like people living in a home, as they are. We were respected, looked after and felt like we could be comfortable in our living spaces. Bond lodgement and refund has been a breeze. Also, best senses of humour I've come across in any kind of company ;) I appreciate every person here I've interacted with, and will be highly recommending Manage My Property to any prospective tenants and landlords I come across in the future.
