   Copo helped me find a tenant in only one week. They are very efficient and gave me good suggestions. Tenants are looked after well as they try to make the property in good condition before tenants move in and have a well designed plan for maintenances. Highly recommended.

   Worst company and totally judgmental experience from the person I was dealing with. (STOP JUDGING PEOPLE) This was totally ignorance of my application. And thanks for wasting my time you guys checked my credit history and all. It’s was a wrong judgment in this application. It was so poor reason not giving me this property that you need my Porirua contact it’s a common sense if I’m specially coming to view the property and applying for it means I’m coming there I need it and I can afford it as well. I can clearly say this judgement you guys made on something else. It’s really disappointing for me.

She has the ability to work with diverse people, sometimes under pressure, with excellent outcomes. I went into the office very low and worried about where I would live and I came out with excellent outcomes. I will use them again when I need them.

   First time dealing with property managers for over a decade, so was initially nervous at first, espeically with all the negative feedback that's out there towards PM's. But Niall was so friendly upon meeting, and was really communicative and responsive towards any questions I had (which were a lot!). From seeing the rental property to getting the keys, everything happened so quickly, smoothly, and easily. To those who are on the hunt for a PM, or to those who are looking to rent, I highly recommend COPO. Rest assured you will be well looked after :)
