I was being treated differently in the store . The stuff was an old lady. She was nice to white people but rude to me . She was super rude with super bad attitude. Disgusting person !
lady that opened the store was so rude to me. she kept on trying to rush me and was so snappy. i felt so unwelcome there and it was probably the worst customer service i had ever seen. i work at subway do i know what it’s supposed to be and it is not like that. manager needs to drill that into her head that she can’t be making people feel unwelcome, slow and stupid. :/
I came in here for a sub and was treated very rudely by a Maori lady behind the counter. On top of that when I was asked what salads I wanted, I was told "You can't have as many as that! Keep it to four or less!" I felt like I had done something to rub her the wrong way or that she was having a bad day. I came back a couple of weeks later and that same Maori lady was behind the counter, so I made sure to smile and tried to be as friendly as possible. I even kept my salads to under four, but she was still very rude the entire time. If I'm in Wellington and I want Subway, I'll either go to one of the other ones, or wait until I get home and Get Subway from ,y local store.
