Outright lied - when canceling the job on arrival, based on the service at the counter at dropoff said they would still be charging the insurer anyway so do what I want. Update: Poor craftsmanship. The color matching to the car is two shades darker than original.

Used their service once when I had insurance coverage. However I felt the price they are charged for the job was not reasonable after I received my car and realised they only painted some mild scratches and unbent my front plate which was slightly bent due to someone hit it when trying to park their car. They removed my plate's frame and it doesn't look good. They billed $1000 for it!!! The next time I went there to check how much they charge me for my side mirror which only needed its cover to be replaced. They gave me a quote for $950. My excess was $500. This time I thought let's check with another place, and I did. I went to Toyota shop and they fixed my mirror with only $67! Unbelievable!! Don't recommend them at all.
Fantastic customer service. Fast and easy communication regarding the quote including SMS follow ups to remind me of booking time. Car was repaired quickly and efficiently and handed back to me washed.
