Had a punctured tyre repaired. Very fast service and great price. Got home, opened rear door to put my electric scooter back in the boot and found that they'd put it in there for me. Top marks! Thank you.
Very helpful and friendly service. I had an issue with a nail in my tyre, which needed a replacement. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and do the repair at a reasonable cost. I would recommend Bridgestone Tyre Centre Johnsonville. Great customer service.

Went to have Wheel Alienment of our car which was booked for 1.30pm. Waited till 3.3pm was given a courtesy car and we were told they were overbooked but found out cars were that booked after our car were seen before our car. This is not good customer service. This us discrimination.
Booked in early, got seen to immediately (even before they officially opened for the day), two new tyres and wheel alignment, car now corrects by itself around corners whereas previously I'd have to manually correct it every corner. Duration was 1hr 15min.
I had a punctured tyre and I called them. They booked me in early the next morning and when i got there they took the tyre, repaired it and then put it on the car. It was quick and the team there were helpful and pleasant. Expect to get very squishy with car parking but that is tobe expected with a great busy place.
The worst service I have experienced in New Zealand! I entered reception while there was another customer. I waited for them to finish. Although there were 2 employees both left reception without once speaking to me or inquiring what I were looking for. I left as it was clear they did not want or need my business
