   Where do I start. He may be a good artist and all however, his personal life took the front seat when it came to my tap out session. Had this planned and deposit paid 6 weeks ahead of time. Messaged him on the Thursday leading up To my appt, hadn’t heard back (my appt was For Monday 27th October) I travelled 3 hours up because I liked his work, and booked an air bnb knowing I shouldn’t drive back walking out of a tap out session. I reached out again on Sunday(night before) and still no response. He had confirmed my booking and locked it in his calendar and screen shot and showed me. Turned up to his studio and messaged again, still nothing, tried calling his phone, no pick up (iMessage said delivered) then went to FaceTime the number off another number and low and behold, his wife answered the phone. Had explained his situation, but this wasn’t good enough. Highly unprofessional! I booked time off, air BnB and paid deposit and travelled 3 hours for him Just to pull a no show. I had let them know how I felt and how unfair it was to put his life troubles on me, when I literally moved mountains to be here. He did say he will refund my deposit (I said Working 1-2 days only fair) and if I wanted to use him in the future he could give a discount. (No thanks!) I wouldn’t recommend him at all. Not To people who travel outside and don’t have the luxury to move to the next day and those who are on a strict time line. This would be a negative 10 star review.

   I’ve had pretty much my whole left arm sleeve and neck tattoo done by Swayzee. I know his work and have been happy with the work he’s done and the service provided, would recommend to anyone to check out the work he’s done, literally he can do any tattoo and exceed the limits you expect.

   I just got done my neck tattoo. Had an absolutely awesome experience with Edd at From the Ground Up Tattoo! His communication throughout the process was top-notch, making everything feel easy and stress-free. The attention to detail in his work is incredible, I’ll definitely be seeing him again very soon—highly recommend!

   I literally rang in today to see if they were taking walk ins. And was offered a chance to go in and get something done. A VERY impulsive decision I made BUT it was so worth it! I love my tattoo to bits & it’s so perfect! Great comms, banter on the job is crack up as feels like I’m talking to my older bro lol. So welcoming & the hospitality is great! Atmosphere is a vibe & a half. Definitely recommend this studio to anybody wanting to get that ink sesh in. 100/10 from the point of contact right through till the end of the session. Amazing!!!

   Swayzee asked for a deposit of $1000 to book in my spot which I waited about 4 months for just to be re booked twice due to “unforeseen” circumstances. Asked for a refund then was told he does not do refunds and also did not also commit to providing me the service of completing my tattoo. Refund was finally agreed on , however payments were made partially over the course of a month, still have yet to receive my final payment of $250 to refund the full amount paid Would definitely not recommend booking with him or even depositing an amount of $1000 I have since re booked with another tattooist at sacred tattoo which only require a $100 deposit to lock in my spot and they since have completed my tattoo which was meant to be done with Swayzee originally.
