Good crash repair and panelbeater. They have, not unreasonably, strict processes in place to ensure claims are approved before doing repairs.

Absolutely fantastic, my car was repaired a day early. When I got there somebody was cleaning it and it was lovely and clean inside and out. The repair works are Brilliant. I highly recommend them.
Terrible service, no quality control. Had the car in for an insurance claim. Was seen to 13 times before calling it done. To be fair that includes the initial appraisal and a wheel alignment, however.. Back in for newly made leaky door seal. A missing access hole cover. Different colour temperature running lights, one cool blue one warm. Same again for headlight. Silicone smeared over headlight. Mismatched panel gaps around lights. Multiple times. -Was fine before having to fix the headlight colour difference. Mismatched panel gaps between fender and hood. Multiple times. Headliner and trim all started coming away after being there. Admittedly this was old and potentially decaying, but is a pretty safe bet that general callousness and rough handling it what pulled it away where it was previously unnoticeable. The footprint on door trim speaks to this. It almost felt like a game by the end of it, let's see what we can sneak pass this person.. It was painfully obvious that no one was looking over the work and it was rushed through, even after it being evident that I was looking at what had been done there was still no sign of quality control. Way too much effort to get something that was barely acceptable. A terrible and disappointing waste of time for a poor result.
Had a very good experience with Blair Wright recently. They did a stellar job fixing my car. Their communication was top notch & they literally organised everything including booking it into the paint protection film shop. Consummate professionals. Thanks again team.

Had a car looked at and pictures taken for insurance. But details sent to wrong branch finally got it sorted out. Felt like I had done something wrong and was told to contact insurance again. Was confused about why it couldn't be sent back to the other branch? I was informed that insurance agent looked at each branch as a seperate business. Very frustrating. Hopefully everything will go smoothly now.

This is the second time I've used your service and you guys never disappoint. Not only was my car fixed in a timely manner but they also did a thorough clean inside the vehicle as well as outside. In the past I have had my car service from other mechanics where I have picked up my car with dust on the seats, the console and on some occasions dusty boot prints on the carpets and not only that there is always a mechanic odour. I did not find any of these with Blair Wright. So, THANK YOU again guys, you have a very happy customer!
3 of 5 for OK, not good or excellent I'm afraid. Generally disappointing attention to quality and customer service. About a month to get in, 10 days of repair, slow query responses and a car returned with water stains and hand prints over the repaired area. I was told this was an acceptable condition for handing over a repair to a customer. I didn't need the area cleaned to see the quality though, I could clearly see the severe holograms from aggressive machine polishing, which they then they covered over with some hand polishing. On the paint job itself, dents were well repaired, but the paint's orange peel can see form 10 meters away and a few paint pyramids exist that were almost runs. Certainly not Excellence but OK if you don't pay too much attention to the repair. In my opinion, rather think twice than repair here.
