   The lady manager working at McDonald’s Newtown around 3pm today(2nd October) acted irritated and came across as rude and unapproachable. I’ve noticed on several visits that she shows little to no customer service, and today she even got upset when I politely asked about redeeming a deal

   This quaint Scottish restaurant in the heart of Newtown is a wonderful surprise !!! I tend to come back to it again and again like coming back to visit a favourite girlfriend. It's a heartwarming place. The staff are mostly good-looking, the service quick, although they need to smile more. We thought some suspiciously looking people were following and spying on us. The feeling of being spied on was not nice.

   Me and my mum love coming here for our cafe hot chocolate and McMuffins we come once a week there are other McDonald's but we prefer Newtown one only great friendly staff on drive through and inside!

   Gave my order away. So they re made it. Then an hour later i received the wrong order. I used to feel sorry about people working at McDonald's but I feel even more sorry for the people that work at this one.

   Was mostly OK, except 1.) my McFlurry was only half filled with ice cream and with the wrong, and a lack of, sauce (the hard choc top sauce) and 2.) the syrup in my frozen drink had already separated from the ice as they handed it to me (and wouldn't mix back together again).
