   Great place to stay before getting on a cruise. The embarkation ports are just across the street. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Our room was a bit quirky, in a good way.

   Amazing experience all around. The ladies at reception were very kind and welcoming, valet was efficient and on time. Room service meals were tasty and the location is top notch. Rooms are clean and they have great views overlooking the Viaduct. 10/10 recommend if you’re staying in Auckland!

   We had such an incredible stay at M Social! The staff there were so friendly and helpful, absolute first class hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Special mentions for the amazing view of the harbour and the breakfast buffet. We’ll be back next time we’re in Auckland!

   One of the best hotels i have stayed at. The location was perfect, the view from the room was beautiful. Rooms were clean and just the right size. The staff were all so lovely and attentive. Food was delicious especially the breakfast buffet (one of the best I have had). Great value for money. Only small thing was the shower head was quiet small but it wasn't an issue. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks immensely ☺️

   Loved the location, great view and a comfortable bed. Only things I can fault would be there was only one toothbrush, The shower lacked pressure and the aircon was a little noisy but in saying that I am not use to aircon in the room . Would I stay there again? Yes and if there was a buffet breakfast I would raise the service to a 4

   Great place and great people. Located in the perfect spot for going anywhere in Downtown. Great views. Great breakfast. Check in and check out was easy. Thanks for the team for the anniversary signed card and organizing the flowers for the room on arrival i asked for. Everything went perfectly for the weekend

   I recently stayed for 2 nights. It was generally a pleasant stay in a great location near the waterfront and close to several restaurant options. The room comes with several amenities, including bottles of water which are replaced daily. However, I do have a few quibbles that a hotel of this calibre should not be experiencing. My room was not ready for the 3PM check-in time and I had to wait an extra 1.5 hours before it was available. (For the inconvenience, the hotel put me on the top floor with a great view. But staff shouldn’t present it as an upgrade, when the room wasn’t actually upgraded to a higher grade room.) Also, I noticed some of my towels had leftover menstrual stains that didn’t fully wash out from previous customers. If your team sees stains in the towels, they really should be taken out of service and sent back for further laundering. And last, there was a stink that came out of the shower drain, which indicates a drain cleaning needs to be done.
