I love churros from this place. But the store timings are very inconsistent. I always order UberEats from here. But the store keeps changing it's availablility every few minutes/hours. No fix time. Offline at 7pm and then online at 8pm and then offline at 8:30pm? Food is good, but unfortunately service isn't.
Came here as I am a churro lover and this was an ear shot away from my hotel. Don't get me wrong if was fried dough, with a crisp outside and good sauce but it's no Churro. Taco bells aren't the best but they are better. These were harder and need more work on the dough.
Too bad one of the few places to buy churros. The service was poor and the non attentive. Also it's closed on a Saturday?
Please don't waste your time coming here. I called to check if they are open they say yes. I drive there and they say its closed. I call the manager to raise the issue but the lady who refused to serve me calls back telling me NOT to come again because I complaint to the manager. Shocking customer service and COMPLETE waste of time
Very disappointed. Called the number and spoken to the manager who says it’s open until 9pm. Drive there for 25mins and the lady is refusing to serve me saying it’s closed. Your website says 9.30pm closing. Sort your issues would be good. You don’t even deserve 1 star
Used to be so good and nice. Now you don't even get a plate to drop all your chocolate onto. This lady is horrible service she pretends to not understand you when asking for a cardboard plate or Soviet. What a shame. Also very doughy. But if you like bad service, and un hygienic practices then this place is for you.
Once a while when you’re down town craving for something a little carby-sweet. the Toro churro is a good place to go.
Frindly staff, delicious churros. Tried them for the first time ever. A bit expensive, but worth it in my opinion. Delicous caramel sauce, warm and cinnamony churros.
