I have been visiting this place for the past two years. The Indian manager I met today was very rude, and I didn't like his attitude. He was never following my instructions and was not a welcoming person compared to the Indian girl and the tall guy I usually met. I am very disappointed with this guy, and I would not like to see him serving customers. He doesn't know how to talk to customers and is not as welcoming as other staff members there.

Staff were good and pleasant. Despite this we have two complaints. 1. We are open space workers. And need to wash our hands before eating. There was no soap in the toilet. When we pointed this out, nothing happened until my partner approached them a second time. In addition, the toilets were not clean… very disappointing. After providing the soap, the toilet remained dirty. Even more disappointing. 2. We chose a garlic Italian BMT. With Mozzarella cheese to be toasted. The cheese was applied so sparingly that we thought the establishment is looking to charge the same price but ridiculously reduce the content of cheese. Or the stuff are not understanding on portions. There was no cheese taste whatsoever. We will of course come again, but if we experience this type of service on both points again, that will be our last time. Please get your stuff together and ensure the customer is king. No soap, jump to it…. And clean the dam toilet please there’s no excuse!

Staff didn't change their gloves in between serving and touching the register without me saying something. Was a bit worried about wjat else they do woth those same gloves on. But other then having to ask them to change gloves.. the food was nice.

Busy and overworked joyless staff. Food was good though, as expected. But I felt like a "number in a queue" - which of course was exactly what I was. Shame really. 15 minutes of queueing so I nearly got a parking ticket in the 10 minutes only parking designed to help out with the takeaway eateries all around this area. Bonus was an understanding parking warden who understood the spirit and purpose of the 10 min parking and that I wasn't abusing the system I was supporting the businesses. Still I won't be going back because the stress of having a $15 Sub and a $40 fine is too hostile a situation to put myself in.

I buy lunch here regularly and have always found it fresh and reliable. I always buy GF wraps which are reasonably priced. The line is very long during work days, but it moves quickly and several colleagues order online to avoid the lunch line. I don't mind that it is so busy because it means the salad hasn't been sitting out long.

Pretty bad when at 7:30am there is only one bread choice! Asked for toasted and it was only just warmed up. Was pretty cold in middle still and totally stone cold by halfway through eating my sub. Staff member standing there for good 5min+ out back while I waited patiently to be served. And no apology for being held up. Glad this will probably be the only time I visit.
