   All is well until you need customer service…gel nail lifted within hours of getting it done. Made a complaint email with photo attached, got a response x2 that said they were looking into it and wanting another photo of the nail that had come off. Asking leading questions trying to see if they can blame me for this. No more response after I let them know they should have tried to make another appt to fix it etc. Ended up ringing the spa and ask that they fix the nail, staff on the floor did a mediocre job of applying the gel again with bubbles in the gel layer.

   Had a 75 minute Hot Stone massage here the other day, and it was honestly the best massage I've had. Calming music, the lady asked what type of pressure I wanted and checked if I was fine with the temperature of the stones. Would definitely go back!

   A luxe salon experience in the Wellington area! We were recommended by a friend who is local to the area. Booked in for two Margaret Dabbs Supreme Pedicures and one Margaret Dabbs Supreme Manicure. Ni Gede Ern was so meticulous with both the mani and pedi, especially when it came to the cuticle work. Booking was a bit of a hassle, and we had to re-confirm multiple times over the phone and in person to ensure we were getting the right service on the right day. Not much in the way of parking nearby, though there are limited spots on Jessie St.

   Absolutely loved the pregnancy massage really got into all the tension and knots in my shoulders and gentle on the areas that didn't need to much attention. The room was quite small but once my treatment began It didn't matter and some calm music could be added to the room or as an even as a option because I could hear what was happening outside of the room. I'm booked in to return because it was the best massage I have had.

   I really wanted to like it, but It didn't exactly wow me. It is clean and bright, and the interior decor is ostensibly tasteful but feels pretty cheap (I amused myself lying back and looking at the naff office ceiling tiles!). The quality of the pedicure was alright. I've had better for cheaper though. I'd take actually buffing the nails properly over 10 minutes of not very relaxing leg massage. Also, just noticed their website mentions using emu oil, so most definitely not vegan friendly.

   Shocking experience with Wellington spa. Was given a voucher as a birthday gift for a manicure, facial and massage and after using it they said I had to pay them extra because within the 12 months of issuing the voucher. , they had increased the cost of their services! Any other professional outfit would honour it. Strongly advise against purchasing vouchers from them!
