   The blurb on the website for eyebrow shaping is a bit OTT considering it was a 10 min eyebrow wax. Had high expectations for the cost. Wouldn't recommend over a cheaper option. Also disappointing they don't do threading.

   Today, Olivia very carefully fixed up my overgrown, scraggly eyebrows. I didn't expect it to be a relaxing experience but it was. Which was very affirming and fortunate because I knew I was quite capable of sorting out my own eyebrows for free! I will return - if I let them get that crazy again!

   Went for a laser course for full face. It was an absolute nightmare and total ripoff only to end with permanent skin depigmentation on areas on my face that should not have been even lasered. Where to even begin... OK, let's start with costs. One session costs ~120$, Laser Clinics charges a fourth (25% of that) on promo package. Off & On is a glorified extremely overpriced no-where nearly as professional a service as Laser Clinics, with whom I had 4 sessions with since leaving Off & On. The very young laser expert at Off & On was a very sweet person, I must give her that. However, it became obvious she didn't really know what she was doing, especially around tuning in to how hair growth went to adjust laser scheduling properly. One of the front staff, kept gatekeeping one of my appointments, I believe out of prejudice against me. I had to escalate all these issues to the CEO. The national CEO I escalated all the issues to, wanted to be reassuring but I was not impressed with a very insincere corporate non-handling of all this. Icing on the cake, Off & On's promo deal offered a mediocre discount initially as a package, 8 sessions for 800$, but ended up charging near 120 per session and only telling me when I neared the total 800$ that the promo applied only if bought as a single downpayment, right from the start, which no one had ever told me. I now have permanent severe skin depigmentation (my olive skin has very large ugly white patches with high contrast, all over my face) on my cheekbones, which was not even supposed to be lasered. This was visible before I joined Laser Clinics, so it's 100% caused by Off & On. Absolute and total disaster. They botched my face and there is nothing I can do about it to reverse the permanent skin damage. The sessions with Off & On were extremely painful and took painfully long (up to 45 min- 1 hour instead of 15-20 minutes). I got really fed up and switched to Laser Clinics. My experience there has been amazing. They have better, more state-of-the art equipment. The staff is far more professional. The sessions are quick and painless. The results are very good there. I deeply regret having given the "laser underdog" (Off & On) a chance. I just got ripped off, mistreated, and permanently skin-damaged with intense pain. Absolutely not worth it. Just grab yourself a promotion package with Laser Clinics if you want to skip all the nonsense from this glorified laser clinic. A corporate answer to refute/gaslight/downplay this review is only going to upset me further and get me exponentially louder and more persistent on warning people about Off & On.

   Went for a lash lift but didn’t get the results I’d hoped for. Sent through an email just to give feedback, but they fit me in for a re do a week later. Lashes look amazing! The ladies are lovely and tell you what’s happening at each step. I went in feeling like a Karen, and left feeling like a million bucks :)

She's so passionate about her job and loves her colleagues and the off & on business, and her love of this shows in her work. I try to always book with her but understandably she is POPULAR! I've had some terrible brow artists in the past and now I know I can just sit back and relax
