   Worst recent experience here and will never return. Loyal customer for 3 years receiving botox. Most recent round of botox recieving 45 units and an extremely poor result. At my follow up consultation to express my concerns I was told directly by the nurse that she may not have injected the body of the muscle properly. I was expecting it to be fixed however when the nurse asked the owner in the next room she outright refused and was told i needed MORE botox at my own expense! I then later found out the nurse that did my treatment (she was lovely) however has only been doing cosmetic injecting for a couple of months. $900 of my money in down the drain and owner defensive, rude and took absolutely no responsibility, claiming I was all of a sudden resistant to botox! Never have i had such a poor result or response from a business. All I wanted for was it to be fixed but CACI Silverdale not obliging. Now I will be requesting a full refund. I strongly recommend doing your research before getting botox here.

   Terrible management. Booked these apps over 4 weeks ago, confirmed over 3 occasions, drove up from Cambridge as we had an event here later that day. They stuffed up the appts with little consideration for us. Will never book there again. Ceri and Catharina.

   My whole visit was great. Andrea is always lovely and explains everything so well. The facial was amazing. Maddie was also really helpful and explained everything so well. I always look forward to and enjoy my time at Caci. It’s relaxing and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Bonus my skin feels great after a treatment.

   I absolutely love this place! They are so amazing and professional! I have been coming here for the past 7 months and it has been fantastic. They really go the extra mile for you to have a great experience at Caci silverdale. I have been offered a ride home on multiple occasions when I was unable to get an Uber. Special thanks to my Claire and zandre for always helping me out with my skin concerns :) you guys are doing a great job !
