Hotel is located in a nice area and not farm from everything. We booked a room with kitchen and were toll its a fully stocken kitchen with everything you need. This is just wrong. Didn't have anything we needed. Beds were alright and the rest was okay.

Close to city center. Hotel is nice, has friendly staff, very tasty breakfasts. Maybe not european level 4 stars hotel, but still very good. Great price to quality ratio. Would totally recommend :)

Friendly staff, good breakfast buffett - fruits, bread, butter, jams, museli, milk, coffee, tea, yoghurt, juice etc and other meat items. Room was nice, little smaller but quite manageable. Cooking in the room could be a bit challenging. Walkable to lots of food + shopping places and ferry terminal. Very easy to find paid parking around. Proximity to highways was a good plus.

Check in, great friendly service. Not sure about them copying license and credit card. Room clean tidy and a pritty good view. Very quiet for a central city room. Location suited me very well. Breakfast service was great. Thank you for fixing up a mistake. Great service. Will probably come back for next party.

From the start the staff were helpful and accommodating. Arriving early I had my luggage stored and I was able to then leave to do other things. I also had come from an early flight and was able to get the buffet breakfast at guest prices upon arrival. Room was adequate and comfortable. TV in the room has the YouTube app so I could link my account and watch ad free videos. Room had a good fridge, microwave and an oven although I didn't use that. A good stay overall.

The room was a far cry from the photos. Two small mattress pushed together and no fitted sheet to hold them together. Only 3 pillows for two guests. The bedside lamp was broken and wonky, the soap in the bathroom was empty and locked in place so I couldn’t take the lid off to try and get some out. Generally felt uncleanly, cheap, and disappointing overall. The morning buffet was nice, but the food quickly ran out, egg tray was empty, hash brown tray empty. Not very good at staying on top of things, but at least it was tasty. Will not be staying there again.

The hotel I had been staying in became very full, so I took advantage of a ridiculously low price and stayed here. For what I paid, I was astonished at the quality of the room. I had a separate bedroom, a galley kitchen leading off from the entrance and into a living area with armchairs and tv. The kitchen looked barely used, had a proper fridge and a small amount of cooking equipment (I didn't use it so didn't pay a lot of attention. The whole space seemed quite fresh, was decorated in neutral tones, and was clean. The one thing not new was the item of furniture in the living area, which showed signs of use.

Great location and reception staff very friendly. However room provisions very stingy: 2 teabags provided over 4 days, 3 old pillows for a king size bed (however, bed was very comfortable), had to request a shower mat, no dish cloth for wiping bench. Just a few tweaks could improve the quality of the room.

The rooms were alright. The biggest plus for this hotel is the location on upper Queen Street. The staff were alright, especially the male receptionist who was always friendly and eager to help. The rooms themselves have a kitchenette and an AC. Warning the AC turns on automatically even though it’s turned off. There is also the availability of washing machines, but these are old and rusty. Therefore, I recommend visiting a nearby washing salon.

Strategically located. Room (premier king room) was quite spacious for 2 adult 1 child. Love the kitchen which was equipped with basic utensils. Downside was the elevator (only 2 available) but glad that my room was on second floor so I could use stairs and also the housekeeping. Requested several times but they prioritized guests that were about to check out. On weekend there were drunk people (lol) but not too disturbing for me.
