Great spot. Awesome prices & range of beers. Not a big hamburger guy but got to say it was awesome last night. It was sooo good we’re back again tonight for round 2.
Stopped for a burger here after seeing their sign outside saying “Best burgers in town” - picture looked really good so tried it out. Asked for a Camembert burger but no bun. Delicious! Such a juicy meat party. Enjoyed it so much that returned again the next night to try another one. Would definitely recommend.
Great place, the staff is very attentive and helpful, the food is delicious, and the prices are great! There is a children's menu, everything is clean and beautiful, and I am delighted❤️✨
I stopped by Gourmet Burger and Brew Kitchen for a quick coffee break and had their latte, priced at $5.50. The coffee was decent, smooth, and well-made, though nothing extraordinary. The ambiance was cozy and casual, making it a good spot for a brief stop. While the latte was a bit on the pricier side for its quality, the overall experience was pleasant enough if you're in the area and looking for a comfortable place to relax for a while. Would come back to try their food, but for just coffee, there might be better options nearby.
20/12/23 The waitress had no care for customer service, her attitude and tone was a reflection of that. Unfortunate for us food was really bad, old bun, burned and dry burger patties and no sauce on one of the burgers. For such a convenient place to grab a quick bite, the food waiting time is really long.
Very chilled and laid back place. Great jug and bottled beer prices for a sunny afternoon, then end with a yummy burger. It’s a great spot for people watching. The service is fantastic and they remembered us each time we came in. The burgers are awesome. Really straight forward and almost like you’re at a family bbq, and not smothered in a rich sauce that ruins the burger. Ingredients are fresh. Need a bit of extra salt on your chips but no biggie. There is a blue cheese and beef burger that was our fave, be ready for it though. Also don’t go over to BurgerBurger in the food court because they burnt the bun completely and overcooked the chicken to a crisp. Go here instead - way better vibes and sincere service at gourmet b&b. We will miss this spot! Thank you for having us!
Awesome spot for a cold Mexican beer after a long day (I'd hiked from north to south across New Zealand's narrowest point) and a delicious burger - I had the cheeseburger - with ample fries. Sit outside with the locals and watch the world go by while you take in the impressive skyline of downtown Auckland. A much better option than the expensive and jam-packed places along the Viaduct. Highly recommended.
One star is too generous - the service, staff, and food were atrocious. Firstly, they advertise $6 beers but charge $9 and have no beer menu to confirm prices. The staff just did not care when questioned. I ordered a 'hotdog' kids meal and they clearly do not know what a hot dog, therefore adding further poor communication and false advertising to the mix (it was cocktail frankfurts in batter). The food was definitely not fresh made or 'gourmet', clearly deep dried frozen foods, burnt patties and buns. I do not recommend!!!
