   Emma is always amazing. Friendly and lovely to talk to. Really talented hairdresser as well. Every Halloween, she is a part of my costume design and often takes it the extra mile I would have never considered. Even the routine haircuts are excellent, even if I stray from my norm. Often chipping in with better ideas that will suit ME. I will be her client until it's impossible to be so.

   I visited this salon for a simple haircut and was quoted $60. I explained that I only needed a clipper trim on the sides with a #3 or #2 and a little off the top. They told me a clipper cut all over with a #3 was $45, but anything else would be $60. The stylist was grumpy, rude, and aggressive, which made the whole experience unpleasant. I mentioned that I usually get my haircut in Sydney for $15, but there was no flexibility or willingness to negotiate. She also claimed to be fully booked, yet the six-chair salon was completely empty. I ended up getting a much better cut at a nearby shopping center for $32. I would not recommend this salon.

   I had to attend some event and before that I visited this place. I showed my previous pics with my usual sharp beard style. Disappointed to see that it was not at all close to my beard shape & style which I showed. On the top of that the beard borders was not in shape & straight line.. unusual rough ups n downs and also the cut line n shape near jaw line was 1-2 inches above my usual style which made my looks blunt & face with broad neck. It really ruined my event looks & disheartened me. This is what I experienced.

   Top mens hairdresser in town, always a good experience. The hair wash is done on a vibrating seat with warm wet towel on the eyes and relaxint scalp massage. The cut is fast and skillful featuring complimentary drink and view of TV. The conversation is always good too. Why would I go elsewhere?
