   Usually go to the noodle canteen in east coast road and absolutely love it. This time I went to the one in westgate and was absolutely horrible. Got the honey chicken fried rice and not only was the chicken raw but it tasted like old fish. Tells me that the wok isn’t cleaned. My partner got the chicken noodles and the chicken was also raw and it tasted of nothing but old fish.

   I have ordered here a few times I get the Honey chicken noodles and they are pretty average compared to the one in The peninsula which is way better and priced better its worth travelling to from west harbour. Id say they could add some extra veggies and sauce aside from very tiny amount of carrot and 1 piece of brocoli I got given was no cabbage either.

   Real average, the fried rice didn't have that smoky wok flavor. Tasteless honey chicken, not enough sauce. The chili chicken tasted like seafood as if the wok hadn't been cleaned. Total waste of money should have stayed home, won't be going back.

   I was excited to have found Noodle Canteen in Auckland and couldn’t wait to try it. Unfortunately it’s a disappointment, food is below average. It didn’t taste fresh at all especially the vegetables. I’m not sure if it’s just the Westgate noodle canteen that doesn’t have nice food. I’ll try the other ones in different areas to see if there’s any difference.

   This is place is my go to Saturday night takeaway! The quality and taste of food is always consistent. The honey chicken fried spicy is amazing! Get them to make the rice a little bit spicy- takes it to the next level! The portion sizes are huge as well- can easily get two meals out of it

   Definitely wouldn't go here again, Henderson noodle canteen is way better Underseasoned food, tastes half cooked, no flavor at all to the sweet and sour.
