   Angie's guest house was the perfect home-away-from-home that we needed upon arrival to NZ. We had an extended stay at Angie's and found that there was everything we could possibly need readily available and Angie was such a gracious host. The location is gorgeous and convenient, Angie and her family warm and welcoming. We feel so fortunate to have met Angie and stayed at her retreat; and to have made a friend as well!

   Best experience for my little family, we were privileged enough to stay for 2 months Angie and her whanau are all very accommodating, the place itself is peaceful and very tidy beautiful nature and the kids loved the animals. We also loved being able to purchase fresh eggs straight from them. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again

   This was our second visit to Angie's. Angie and her husband are great hosts and go out of their way to ensure guests are looked after. Location is special, tucked away a beautiful valley out the back of Wainouiamata. Only 20 to 30 minutes from Wellington Central but far enough out escape the hesle and bustle of the City.

   One of the best apartment on the north island. The location is run by the Swiss couple with a lot of passion. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean. You can use a grill for your BBQ. If you like to swim, there is a swimming pool. By car, you are in 30 minutes in the city of Wellington.

   Wonderful stay at Angie's for our family. Very comfortable. And the animals are so swee5 plus the trampoline and swing were a hit for our bous and Angie provided a high chair for our baby too!

   The best lodging in Wellington, all decorated with so much love, high quality and absolutely family friendly. Now we are back home for 3 months after our great New Zealand vacation and the time at Angie's Rural Retreat was an absolute highlight of our entire vacation. Our two kids loved to watch the chickens and eat the fresh eggs and we were treated with so much hospitality that we look forward to returning to Angie for another holiday.
