Never showed up on the day, and I never heard from him again. This is despite having agreed on a date, and then confirmed *again* the day before with an approximate arrival time... Frustrating!
Booked in and didn't turn up. I chased them and was told they put the following day down in their diary. Waited in the following day, my calls and messages ignored, no one turned up. Not worth the hassle. Two days lost as I had to be in to allow access making them extremely expensive when allowing for lost income and cancelled appointments . Always best to stick with who you know.
We had the moisture barrier installed under two semidetached properties (80sq/m each) in Lower Hutt in July, 2022. The installers were friendly and it took them about 5-6 hours to complete the job. Their service was efficient and prompt from the first day making inquiries to making the payment. The invoicing needed an adjustment due to the area. Todd made adjustment without any problem after we explained. I was pleased with his prompt communication throughout the whole process. Thank you Wellington Moisture Barrier!
Would not recommend. Gave me a price the I have tried emailing back about 4 times over the course of a month to get installation done and have been ignored.

The four men that did the job were unbelievably efficient - they managed to install underfloor insulation to my 70m2 home in about 45 minutes. The difference it made to the warmth of my home was immediately noticeable. So stoked. Thank you Todd and team!
