Not great service, not enough communication between staff, job took a lot longer than expected as wasn't started till late...both times I picked up my car from here they had parked it so close to other cars only a stickman could get in
Service done as quick as possible but returned my vehicle with wonky stirring wheel. I returned again to sort it but the service staff argued they didn’t do anything and the way the dude spoke to me felt like I was blamed for bringing the car in with wonky stirring wheel before the service. Found out they rotate the tyres which it should not have been. For context, tyres were rotated two months ago as part of wheel alignment fix. Service report didn’t state the tyres have been rotated. Went back for third time on the same day to get it sorted. When I only voiced my concerns that I shouldn’t be getting a wonky stirring wheel again, and that the dude whom I spoke to earlier felt like I was blamed - reception staff got rude and she thinks it wasn’t — she wasn’t even there when the service staff was talking to me. She should know the whole story first before throwing a condescending tone.
Had the weirdest most frustrating time trying to buy a top of the range Ute that was listed for sale. Went to view the Ute only to be told it wasn’t at this branch even though the website said. Was promised to have the Ute at porirua for a test the next day and an appraisal in no more than an hr for my Ute. I Called the next day only to be told the guys on leave , the utes not there and no appraisal has been lodged. Waited another day and followed up only to be emailed that they no longer want to sell the Ute! Never in my life have I ever had to constantly chase up buying potentially two brand new utes only to be told the Ute listed for 72k isn’t for sale. I felt like I was the one trying to sell myself a Ute!
Booking was easy, went for my second servicing. Tyre rotation is not included and the charges were pretty steep. So decided to donit from another place. But in general pretty smooth standard service
Impressively good service. Super friendly staff. Had my vehicle ready exactly when they said they would. Even reset my seat position. The vehicle service was well priced, and the staff provided really good information about getting better performance out of my Dmax. 10 outa 10. Honest mechanics are hard to find. Highly recommend.
I rate these guys, James did everything he could in spite of the time of year (Christmas) and tradies not keeping their websites up to date.
