Since I bought a Suzuki from them last year, till now, their customer service went from 5 to 1. Even one star is too much right now. It is so shocking, that when they detect that you need more effort or a second test drive before buying a new car, they treat you like you are wasting their precious time. Two sales staff literally implied this to me. Iβll never buy or service my car from Brendan Foot Suzuki in Alice Town ever again. Message to Suzuki management: Please train your new sales staff team on good customer service and that some customers need more than one interaction before finalising a purchase decision. It just lost you a repeat customer who loves the Suzuki brand.

We were very impressed with the support and guidance provided by Duane Barnes, who really made us feel really welcomed at the Brendan Foot Supersite. He had great knowledge of the vehicle model that we were interested in. He sold us on the vehicle and arranged some additional options as part of the deal. We also found Annie Robinson extremely helpful with others services and products available to us for after sales support. Overall, just a fantastic experience.

I recently had a remarkably positive experience with Brendon Foote Supersite (BFS) in Lower Hutt, Wellington, and I felt compelled to share my feedback. Although writing about car yards is not something I typically do, this time I am pleased to highlight the exceptional service we received after purchasing our car in late 2022. As we all know, cars can sometimes develop issues, and we often come across horror stories of car sales yards avoiding responsibility. However, when our car faced an issue, BFS went above and beyond, willingly accepting the car back for diagnosis and inspection by their experts. Initially, the fault did not present itself, so we continued to monitor the situation. Eventually, the problem did occur and the experts were able to address it. Given what I have read and learned over the years, I must admit I was apprehensive about the outcome. But BFS exceeded my expectations. They took a proactive and positive approach to remedying the issue with our car, delivering an absolutely first-class service! I wholeheartedly recommend Brendon Foote Supersite to anyone considering purchasing a car. I want to give special recognition to Keith Lovett, the Manager, for his professionalism and assistance during this time. We had a very salesy experience when we bought the car. But the subsequent service experience was awful. They forgot to install the tow bar they argued about a handbrake issue that was clearly in Warranty. Theyβre generally rude and unhelpful. Avoid if you want good service.

EDIT : in response to your reply, I find that reply to be a cop out. Their diagnosis didn't mention anything about the shift detent. They didn't even know the actual problem so how can you say that they suggested a full gearbox replacement to maintain longevity of the car when they didn't even know what the actual problem was and whether or not it's repair would affect the longevity of a car(it wouldn't) and it's gearbox with just 128,000kms? This is a known issue on these cars and is an easy fix that doesn't affect its reliability whatsoever. It's a very simple repair that's straight forward and inexpensive to carry out. Lazy Incompetent mechanics. They diagnosed my friends 2010 Holden Cruze as having a stuffed gearbox and quoted over 6k to replace with a brand new gearbox. I had a quick look and was able to identify the fault (shift detent) and ordered a new detent for $10 and had it replaced within half an hour. Car goes good as gold now. It seems ridiculous that the very people who sell and specialize in this particular make and model car couldn't figure out what I did in less than 10minutes. Especially so considering I have no qualifications whatsoever in the field and they had trained mechanics diagnose it. They also charged my friend almost $200 to tell him the gearbox needed replacing, but I can't understand what they possibly could've done that took an hour long without picking up on the actual fault?!
