   This place sucks. Workshop seems to be one mechanic and a lot of people who have no idea what they are up to. They will break everything and they will do expensive not needed work without your consent. If you are thinking of a new Ford I would say don't simply because you will have to take it here.

   All ways have something missing after taking my vehicle here. Once was a dip stick. 2nd time broke my parking sensors and said they couldn’t book me back in for 2 weeks when they broke it. 3rd time was a engine cover. And the guy who put it back on was abit rude. Wish I didn’t half to go back.

   Total disregard for honest trading, just want the money and to hell with ethics. CEO agreed underhand sales tactics damage the company reputation but despite promising to 'put it right' did nothing. If you want to know why some dealerships give the industry a bad name, take a gamble with these guys.

   Went in for a recall which was originally going to take 2hours but they managed to finish within 20min of me dropping my car in, so needless to say I was very happy to not wait so long. Staff were friendly and accompanying. Once construction is finished I think the service department will look really good!
