   I ordered subways on uber eats today and when I was halfway into my footlong, a white clover ☘️ was in the salad. Put me right off from ordering here again. I understand maybe it was accidentally plucked with the other salad ingredients. But putting the sub together is made by hands. Why wouldn’t they be able to see this?? 1 star from me.

   I usually enjoy eating at Subway whenever I go out, but today’s visit to the Kilbirnie branch was disappointing. The male employee serving me seemed rushed and showed little courtesy. There was no friendliness or basic manners, which made the experience feel unpleasant. Subway is known for fresh food and good service, but this visit didn’t reflect that standard.

   We had a great experience on a large order from Subway Kilbirnie. Working with Payal was a pleasure! Store owner, Jordyn, was so kind and quick to reply regarding easy online payment options, as well as special pricing. Our order was ready ahead of schedule and easy to pick up. Payal even helped carry the bags to our car! We really appreciate the great customer service and look forward to future orders.

   The Indian woman who worked there during the day on 17th July during the day is terrible. She put hardly any salad into the footlong I has ordered, six or seven strands of grated carrot. This is not standard, at the other subways they will put in a decent amount of salad. Very impolite, then was muttering some garbage at the end which I couldn't decipher. If you don't like working there...then leave. The management should look into removing her, I suspect some of the other reviews here are related to that staff member. Will not provide any business to this Subway until staff are retrained or changed.

   Subway food is always great but the Kilbirnie store staff are borderline rude. Guy was slamming down all the chairs as he went around cleaning the tables, with customers seated nearby eating. Staff as they serve you are never welcoming or friendly. Clearly the staff hate their jobs.

   I'm not sure why negative things were said about Lekha. I am a regular at Subway, she is always friendly and remembers my kid's names always greeting us with a smile !! The customer service is fantastic.

   They're not very helpful walking you through the ordering process when it's your first time. Had to repeat a lot of instructions. Used the same gloves for handling meat and other ingredients when I have allergies. Food was good though.
