   Very impressed with this centre, its teachers and management are just amazing, understand why there's such a long waiting list, they just go above and beyond and you know your kids are in good hands, thriving, and actually being supported in their learning.

The level of dedication and patience they exhibit is truly commendable. The teachers at HPELC create a safe and nurturing environment where children can flourish. They go above and beyond to ensure that each child feels valued and supported. Their genuine care for the well-being and development of the children is evident in everything they do. I must also mention the center manager, Angela, who is an absolute gem. She is always available and approachable, ready to address any concerns or answer any questions. Angela consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that both parents and children have a positive experience at HPELC. Since enrolling my daughters at HPELC, I have witnessed their growth and happiness firsthand. They are thriving in this environment and have developed a genuine love for their teachers.
