I live in Canterbury and I purchased an item on trademe from an Auckland trader which required a freight pickup. This was back in September (in the early phase of Auckland's regional lockdown). Two months later, after contacting a large number of Auckland freight companies, that had no ability, nor inclination it seemed, to do a 'cash sale/one off' pickup for this item, to get it to a nationwide haulage's Auckland depot on my behalf. But I chanced upon a recommendation to Swanson Transport (from another freight company!) that said "You need to phone Swanson Transport, they will sort out your problem, they are just great". And so a magic wand was seemingly waved and the impossible became an easy transaction. I cannot recommend Swanson Transport highly enough. Just brilliant. Thank you so much.
The best at what they do and some outrageously good equipment including a long reach hiab! An amazing piece of kit! Next time I need a swimming pool delivered to my backyard I'll be contacting Swanson Transport.... excellent service and great team of experts.
I have used Swanson Transport for many years and they have always been a valued asset. They are punctual and professional bur they also go the extra mile when the going gets tough and they do if all with a smile. Recommended.
Train clean and fast but hate the machine to pay if train turns up and you are in a cue to get a ticket they won't let you pay on the train. Me and my son got told to get off at the next stop I felt so insulted we both did. Shame on you new Zealand transport. At least we tried to pay on the train. But that was not good enough.
