   Such a good pita, thankyou for not putting too much lettuce in it! I actually was able to eat the whole thing without lettuce going everywhere or it getting soggy, it seems like such a small thing but means so much to me lol. Thought I'd drop a review because I saw how ridiculous some of your low reviews are... the audacity of some people... thanks again for the great pita!

   I order something online twice. First time, the guy told me he did not receive any orders, so I wait for another 20 mins to pick up my order. Second time, I go to the store a little bit early. But the guy did not serve me until 3’18 ( I should have the order at 3’15pm. There are many people after me, but they all have their orders before mine. And that guy are really rude. I thinks it’s kind of racial discrimination. Because other customers are all kiwis, am an Asian. I will never come to this store any more. But I need that rude guy say sorry to me! So rude and bad!

   We had a delightful experience at this Pita Pit yesterday (Tue 28 Jan). The lovely gentleman who served us mid afternoon was fantastic. I'm picking he was the franchisee because his level of engagement and care was exceptional. He clearly enjoys what he does and is proud of his business. The food was outstanding (made by him). Well done mate. We will be back to support you.

   Dispicable customer service - was told "please come back in 10 mins" by the only staff member working while she ate her lunch in the customer seating area. Most hospitality businesses would class that as grounds for dismissal. A little shell shocked..

   Probably one of my favourite pita pit locations. The big guy that works there most days is awesome. Super friendly and efficient. The foods always good and even though its just an itty bitty whole in the room there's a neat little place to sit and its kept clean and tidy.
