Jade 'the Alchemist' at Studio 101 really is a colour wizard! Not only a great result, but a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Surroundings are also inviting amd relaxing (despite being on a main road, you'd never guess from the atmosphere). Highly recommended!
Yvonne was great ... had my hair straightening done with her . Very professional and friendly and achieved a great result.
Shout out to Yvonne for being the most unprofessional and condescending. You literally made me walk out of the salon crying. Turned up to my appointment with you not there, would of happily rebooked. Next time you want to badmouth clients and be unprofessional on the phone - maybe make sure your colleague doesn’t have it on speaker…

Went in for the first time because I was given a free voucher to get a spray tan and dealt with Tirisha, she made me feel comfortable and has excellent customer service skills. Easy and hassle free, she explains everything to do and what not to do before and after the tan. She texted me to follow up with if I was happy with the end result and I thought that was lovely of her to take the time to do that. Hint for a spray tan, take a sarong :) thanks Tirisha
