   I made an appointment in May, received a text message a week prior to my appointment advising me my booking has been cancelled due to staff member being sick and that I would be contacted to reschedule. After a month, I called and left a voicemail. After 2 months, left my second voice message. Still no contact.

   Had my procedure done by Miesha today, who explained it thoroughly and answered all my questions leaving me with no concerns. She was very professional and smooth with my injections, which made the whole experience nice and pleasant. Looking forward to booking in with her in future, would fully recommend coming here.

   One star is generous! I visited Caci Johnsonville after dermaplaning my face causing cystic under-the-skin acne and breakouts across my face. It was more than a skin concern, it completely affected my life. I attended a consultation with Jacqui purely to learn more about Blemish Bootcamp as it is an intensive and consistent commitment. She spent most of the consultation talking about herself, her own skin journey, and her reasons for opening and and running Caci. We spent significantly less time discussing my skin concerns and the bootcamp. Jacqui quickly signed me up despite my obvious reservations due in part to the fact that there are 3 sessions a week and I worked in Wellington City with no reliable transport to make it to multiple appointments per week for over 3 weeks. Nevertheless, she signed me up and assured me that nothing was set in stone as there was a 7 day cooling off period. I was charged a deposit at my consultation and given samples, with the promise of programme sized products later, I did not receive these products as I cancelled within 7 days after realising Caci Oriental was a 5 min walk from my work. I have tried to contact Jacqui over a 2 month period to request a refund for my first membership payment that was deducted despite me cancelling. I also offered to return my welcome pack unused and unopened to be refunded my deposit also. The refund is yet to be processed after close to 3 months. Communications discontinued for a month until I emailed head office. When you arrive at the clinic, there is no receptionist to greet you, customer service seems wonderful when you are first joining and quickly evaporates when you are not. Service in general is sub-par and below average. As someone mentioned below, services are not worth the serious lack of customer service. I spoke with a friend of mine who works with Caci in the Wellington Region and she informed me Caci Johnsonville does not have a good reputation. If you are wanting to come here, for your sake, I highly encourage you to look elsewhere.

   The customer experience and service does not = the cost. The management and poor communication was not ideal. Misinformation when I signed, promises of welcome pack and treats - never received, then more misinformation resulting in incorrect bookings and missed sessions. Just not worth spending that much for the hassle. My therapist 'A' was amazing and that is why there are stars on my review, she was excellent, kind and professional.

   Super happy with the treatments I have been recieving at caci johnsonville. The team are also super flexible and accommodating when it comes to booking appts and from someone who does shift work this is greatly appreciated. Constantly checking in and asking how my skin is going and how I'm finding the treatments... makes you feel like they really try and met each clients individual needs which I love !
