   Please hire someone that has a tiny bit of interest in food or even just understands basic customer service. Went there around 6:15pm yesterday and the guy making our sandwich was doing a horrendous job. He didn't even bother placing the patties properly and closing the sandwich before packaging it, everything was falling out by the time we got to eat it. After he packaged 2 of our footlongs he just left them on the counter, didn't bother putting them in a bag, didn't bother giving us napkins, didn't even bother to wait there until we picked our sandwiches up. He just kept them on the counter and left as we had already paid. It's astonishing how he still has a job. Very poor.

   Excellent customer service with a smile from the very start... you can feel that happiness and gratitude in the food too... never felt they are any sort of hurry or they are just doing their job they were actually serving us in a very appropriate manner. Well done keep up the good work i think he was the manager on the counter in subway polos amazing stuff

   The BEST subway shop ever! Always get the best subs, they make them so fast too. The staff are absolutely amazing and remember me when I go in there, today they asked how my baby is - wow I don’t think I’ve had customer service like that in a long time! Thank you guys so much ❤️ I don’t buy subway from anywhere else because I just end up saying I should’ve got it from Kumeu!

   Nice place to get lunch. The proportion of food depends on who is serving you. Sometimes, it's enough, and sometimes so small, not worth the price you paid for. Some really friendly staff and some not.

   An even busier place now that pita pit has closed around the corner. Subway has always been a go to for take aways close to home. The staff serve you fast and well, the food it made good and fresh, never a disappointment for a healthier option to Burger King.
