Jackie in Upper Hutt did a fantastic job filling in my lashes - I’d happily recommend her to anyone. Trying someone new can feel uncertain, but she took the time to understand what I wanted and made me feel comfortable right away. She was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience very relaxing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Hi Lash! It was my first time trying their eyelash extension, and Ms. Heidi was so kind to accommodate me despite her busy schedule. She even shared a helpful video to navigate the place since it’s a bit tricky to find. The space is cozy, and the whole process was so comfy and relaxing. I even fell asleep during my classic extension session. Ms. Heidi also gave suggestions based on my face shape, which I truly appreciated. I absolutely love the results—it feels so light and natural you wouldn’t even notice the extra layer of lashes. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The most incredible service I’ve had in a while for any beauty service, they 100% know their stuff inside and out and just all round do such an amazing job of lashes. Couldn’t recommend enough as they’re lovely here too :) I got a lash lift but looks like their extensions are brilliant too.
Heidi was my lash artist for a few years and she would customise my lashes to my eye-shape and the look I wanted and I LOVED every single set she gave me.. In addition, the retention of her lashes are the best I have ever had. I have recently moved overseas and have experienced a huge price increase in lashes and they don't look like Heidi's did:( They are still nice but not up to the quality I am use to from Hi-Lash! I also find my lashes fall out so quickly so am having to get refills way more often then I use to. Now experiencing other lash artists I can promise you, you are getting more than your moneys worth at Hi-lash!! Can't recommend Heidi enough!!
I had the privilege of training in Russian Volume Extensions with the lovely Heidi! She is so knowledgeable in eyelash extensions and I walked out with so many new tips and tricks to lash efficiently and safely. I also have so many new styles to try. She is the best in the game for stying, retention and values the health of your natural lashes. Would definitely recommend booking a course/eyelash extensions with HiLash!
Staff were lovely, but my lash lift is messy and inconsistent. Maybe the person I went to wasn’t particularly skilled with them. Probably wouldn’t come back.
