I’ve visited many BurgerFuel stores, and this branch is definitely my favorite. The team is absolutely professional, super friendly, and very respectful. They stay open late and also offer halal options, which is fantastic to have. If you want to enjoy a great meal in a good atmosphere, don’t miss this place.
Have lunch quite regularly here at Burgerfuel Westgate. Foods always good. Really impressed with a young staff member today, missed his name, but pretty identifiable with mullet and moustache lol. Great attitude and customer service, which sadly you don't get everyday in the hospitality industry - give him a pay rise! :)
I’m really disappointed with the Kumara Fries I got from BurgerFuel today. Almost all of the fries were extremely short with hardly any full-sized pieces. It honestly looked like the very bottom scraps from a fry bag. At first, I thought maybe it was just the top layer, so I kept eating, expecting to find some normal fries underneath. But after getting through about a third of the box, I realized the entire thing was like that — all short, broken bits. This is completely unacceptable. It feels careless and disrespectful to your customers. If these were just the end scraps, they should’ve been thrown out or used internally — not sold at full price to paying customers
If you ever get the chance to be served by Mark and his team, I would recommend it. Food was amazing and well cooked. Both of us enjoyed the delicious burgers, chips and Oat lime shake. Thanks Mark for a good end of night as I was just too tired to cook.
The person who served us was such an absolute sweetheart. He had amazing interactions with the customers and made my night. I would come here again any time I’m in Westgate. The food was also excellent. 100/10
Went to BurgerFuel Westgate on a Sunday night for a takeaway dinner, we ordered C&N Cheese burger, Roadster (not sure about the name but it’s close) and kumara fries.. We came home to open it and it’s completely not what we ordered.., took the trip back to the store and the staff handled it professionally!! It was a bit inconvenient at first but everything came out great at the end, food tasted great, definitely 5-star service and we surely will be back for more delicious burgers!!
Had the double American muscle- burger was superb, and simplistically delicious! This branch stands out with great service, and the food better than usual. Thanks team!
