The hair dresser is lovely , she always nice, askes and do exactly what I like, my son today had a hair cut and she was caring and cut his hair exactly as he wanted. She always color my hair too . I am happy with her service and recommend them .
I stopped in for a trim and shape and am so happy with the service. Left feeling great, the stylist gave me a lovely blow wave and it was so reasonably priced. I’ll be back, thank you!!
Honestly it was a journey. We had discussed foils and a haircut. My hair is tricky and the foils did not work out the way we wanted. My stylist did an amazing fix. It did take longer than expected but my hair looks so amazing.
Not even worth 1 star. I sat down and showed a picture of the hairstyle I liked. The hairdresser said she couldn't do that. Then she asked 2 different hairdressers. I asked what the problem was and she said it was because there were 2 hairstyles together in the picture. I asked if she was a hairstylist and she said yes. She just left me sitting there looking at me. I was just totally flabbergasted. No further explanation, no advice to do something different, nothing. I have never ever experienced anything like that. I just left and will absolutely never go there again. After leaving I went straight to a different hair salon and got the hairstyle I wanted without any problems.
Wendy is amazing with hair cuts and hair styling. She knows exactly how your will suit you. She is patient,gentle and precise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
My haircut is just a disaster and it’s not as per instructions given, I wanted shorter layer it’s just the same as before. Lost volume of my hair and it looks total disaster. Would not recommend.
I asked for step cut and also showed my previous cut give her an idea what I want. The lady was trying to tell me the previous cut wasn’t properly. I explained to her that it was here only and she didn’t say. It is my husband 59th birthday SHE RUINED MY HAIR. I WISH I CAN GIVE THIS SERVICE 000000 Very disappointed
Terrible terrible! Don’t go to this place. I would normally give you a chance to improve your staff but this was horrible. There was this Indian lady who asked us to wait. We did for 1 hour, with my son. For some reason this woman took two other walk ins AFTER US and cut their hair….ummmm, after the second guy we asked what her deal was and she just said “oh”……that’s super disrespectful as she asked us to wait and knew we were waiting. We left after that. Please investigate your staff and take appropriate action! please leave an email address so I can email you more details, assuming you want to improve your business.
I took my mum for hair cut. Mum wanted a layered bob cut as her hair is thinning. I explained to the hairdresser what mum wanted and she started to cut mums hair however when she said its finished, mums hair was not done so I told the hairdresser that it needs cutting . The hairdresser started again and 5 minutes later she was done. My mums hair was still not done . I told her that my mothers hair looked terrible and she ruined it. She started to argue with me and said” you explain how I didn't do a good job” i showed it to her and said this hair that it looking in frizzes . The hair dresser was argumentative and said she did a good job. I told her I refuse to pay until she fixed mums hair and the hair dresser got more angry. Its not the money that was the issue but the way she cut mums hair. I paid and walked away . The owner of the place disappeared while the hair dresser was arguing with me. Shame on this place. No female should go there for hair work. I must say that the barber there is super and because he is amazing i thought the other staff will be the same. Shame ob this place
