   When I contacted Charmaine, I knew that I wanted a surprise proposal with a ring that my partner would love. I can safely say this is the first piece of jewellery I have ever purchased so I was completely out of my depth. Charmaine took the ideas I had collected from my partners interests and worked with me to create something that I am overjoyed with. She provided numerous design mockups and went through many iterations with me to get to the final product. It was easy to see her passion for creating things truly unique and awesome. At each stage, she would provide incredibly detailed write ups about her thoughts behind each design choice, and what I should be considering when evaluating them. I thought she did an incredible job of guiding me through the process while also considering my opinions. She answered my many questions and is easy to chat with. There were times when I wanted to spoil the surprise to my partner by involving them in the final stages of the design. Charmaine was quick to reassure me in the decisions that we had made. I can't thank her enough for encouraging me to stick to it and surprise my partner with the ring of her dreams. My and partner and I are over the moon with the result and don't think it could have gone any better. I can definitely recommend her to anyone attempting to create something unique and special.
