   Working with Layla on my custom wedding band was such an amazing experience from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! I found Layla after going deep down the rabbit hole on Instagram, and I was so excited when I saw her work because her aesthetic is exactly what I was looking for. When I reached out inquiring about a custom piece, I was expecting to hear from a sales associate as you do with just about any other jeweler, and I was pleasantly surprised when I heard from Layla herself and realized we'd be working together directly. I had a very specific vision in mind and knew that she understood what I was going for right off the bat (which was not the case with a couple US-based jewelers I had reached out to before finding Layla), and even though I am based in San Francisco and the entire process would need to be done remotely, I trusted Layla immediately and knew I wanted to work with her. The other jewelers I had spoken with also shared that what I was looking for likely wasn't possible due to limitations in stone shape, size, and/or color, but with Layla and her team we were able to design the ring almost exactly as I had envisioned because she works with full range of sapphire tones and has stones custom cut. It was so fun being part of the creative process on such a meaningful piece, and even though I am annoyingly indecisive and particular, she was so kind, communicative, and patient throughout the entire process. She even helped me ship my engagement ring to New Zealand so we could be sure the curves of the band fit it perfectly, and it turned out beautifully. I love the ring and can't recommend her enough because every single piece of hers is truly a work of art, and I'd love to create another together one day because it was such a special experience.

   I've been a fan of Layla Kaisi’s unique creativity, style and designs for years. I continually hinted (not so subtly) to my boyfriend that I wanted one of her bespoke engagement rings when he decided to get down on one knee. He listened and I'm SO happy I get to finally wear one of her beautiful rings.    I couldn’t be more delighted with my experience working with Layla on my custom-made engagement ring. The design is absolutely is utter perfection and I have had some lovely compliments on its unique & delicate design, especially the shield cut which I am *obsessed* with. She absolutely was the perfect person to create this for us. Aside from the incredible ring, the design process was so easy. My fiancé and I are based in Australia so we chatted on video call and then email through each phase of the design, and Layla has clearly put a lot of thought into how to make this whole process seamless and straightforward. There is something just so so special about having someone with such incredible talent craft your own unique piece of jewellery for you and I will treasure it forever.

   After instantly falling in love with her work, designs and creativity, I thought I would be forever dreaming to have a bespoke Layla Kaisi piece. Little did I know, that dream, not long after, turned into a reality. My husband initially proposed with a proposal band Layla had given him, which then gave me the opportunity to design my very own special piece. Both my engagement ring & wedding ring were designed by Layla. From start to finish, the process was delivered with nothing but utmost finesse. You can feel the love, care & time she puts into client communication, detail & most certainly the completed design. Both of my rings are truely elegant, very beautiful and I will cherish them both forever.
