Had to do a removal of a wisdom tooth in a hurry. Had an appointment in a week, and the tooth removed in 30 mins max, in and out. I didn’t feel a thing, and the pain was gone after 4 days max. Very competent and reassuring, the dentist explained everything about the process, the before and after, etc. I recommend this place!
I would like to thank Dr. Abaikin for his unique work in a limited period of time. Can you imagine that a few days before Christmas, one of your front teeth, which shapes your smile, breaks, no matter how much you try to hide the loss? That's what happened to me a week before Christmas. I was desperate. I came to Dmitry for a consultation. He said right away that there was a temporary option, but it was not known how long the tooth would last, since it had broken off at the gum line and there was nothing to hold it in place. It might take time to make a pin, but it was not known whether he or his colleagues would have time to make the necessary crown and the device on which it would need to be attached. Nevertheless, he scheduled my next visit and promised to come up with the best solution. When I came to see him at the appointed time, he told me how he was going to solve the problem, what design he had come up with, and explained the possible risks, but said that he could do it during this visit, but I would have to be patient. I am an engineer myself and, of course, have nothing to do with dentistry, but the design he proposed for fixing the broken tooth with a special material, rather than just cement, gave me two months of confidence — at the end of January, I will have to leave the country, and later I will be able to either have this tooth implanted or have the design originally proposed by Dr. Avaikin done. But most importantly, I will be able to keep my mouth open and meet with our large family this Christmas and with many friends during the holidays. Merry Christmas, dear doctor! Dr Michael Georgy is fantastic. I am a bit of an anxious patient so I really appreciated how he explained everything clearly and calmly. He also has a warm and professional manner.
Dr Dmitrii was really efficient, I booked a very last minute wisdom tooth extraction treatment and he listened to me very patiently and advised the process calmly. In no time, procedure was done and he guided me for after care very beautifully. I would highly recommend them and specially Dr Dmitrii. Thank you for looking after me so well.
Our family feels very lucky to have Andrea as our dentist. We all appreciate not only her high level of expertise but also the calm and gentle way she has. Her approach to every procedure, large or small, is immaculate and follow-up care is excellent. Jess on the front desk is also wonderful to deal with and her ability to calmly ensure emergency appointments can be made when necessary has been very much appreciated by us.

I used both the hygienist and dentist services for the first time and found the experience excellent. The hygienist was very gentle - a big relief as I have a lot of tooth sensitivity being an older person. Great communication from the dentist about the state of my teeth and options for care.
I had the need for an emergency dentist recently. I managed to contact The Family Dental in Parnel and they were supper accomodating. Mahaged to see me 30 minutes after my phone call, nice people, sorted the problem explaining everything very clearly and the cost was quite reasonable. Certainly highly recommended
