Ji's amazing daughter made room for a last minute shampoo request for my wife. She was pleasant to deal with, made her feel right at home. We felt the love and appreciate the people that run this place. Blessings and love for this salon ❤️
Edit: Added a photo in how they asked me to remove the review, falsely accusing is not the best way imo. Clarification: Asked to trim the fringe shorter, did not attempt to leave without paying, the chunk out the back neck not the head (photo). I tried my best to hold back the tears, thanks for reminding me of my terrible experience and that I'm balding. Went for a men's haircut. The stylist either does not have enough experience cutting men's hair or was not paying attention. A nice chunk out the middle of the back. I embarrassed myself after witnessing the massacre, most likely not going to return. Friendly staff, Jo is an expert and tried what she could to remedy my hair.
I was desperate for a GOOD haircut. I was struggling to find somewhere that would do a good job but also didn’t feel like they were rushing me out the door or trying to get to the next client. Wanted to try this place since every time I drove past it was chocka. I had the best experience, Jo and her team are kind, welcoming and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. My hair looks better than it has in years, my fringe and layers are perfection. Jo is a true artist and I’m so happy I’ve found my new hairdressers! See you guys again soon ❤️

Got a cut and permanent hair colour by Jo and she was absolutely fantastic! The staff were all incredibly kind, helpful, and accomodating. Jo talked me through the process of what she was doing while doing my hair and it turned out amazing! Definitely will be coming back here for my touch ups!

I came in to get my hair color done by amber. She did a great job and she was so sweet! She was very kind letting me know about all the steps she was doing. The rest of the staff were also nice as well!
