   I Went to Pascoes Newmarket to get a Diamond ring for my partner as Xmas gift, one of the lovely staff welcomed me and we start talking and looking for some rings. After some time one lady which said I am the manager just jumped and start talking to me and giving me the answers which I was asking from the staff and was pushing me to buy some Lab Diamond which I was really not open to Lab Diamond. I dunno why she came and start talking to me that made me very and very uncomfortable. I hope the higher management take an action for these kind of managers and train them will to be professional and not talking between others. Please give time for your customers and don’t be pushy.

Christine showed such genuine kindness, patience, and empathy during a very personal moment in my life. She didn’t rush me or treat it like just another transaction, she truly listened and cared. Although our interaction was brief, it stayed with me and connected with me. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and the comfort she offered were worth far more than any price, and it is something I will carry in my memory. People like her truly matter.    I had such a wonderful experience at Pascoes New Market! From the moment I walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. I especially want to commend Christine for the outstanding job she did in helping me. She was patient, attentive, and truly went the extra mile to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her professionalism and friendly manner made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Christine is a real asset to Pascoes, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and service I received.    Sent in an earring bought from the store for repair, was asked to pay to request for an official quote when historically it was a complementary service. It is now one week pass the estimated date of in-store collection, still no communication received about the quotation for the repair. Previously emailed customer service about the repair policy and did not receive a reply from customer service on the enquiry either. Overall, poor product quality and poor customer service.

   I had such an amazing experience with one of the girls (I believe she is the manger) she was super lovely and attentive, she even remembered me from when I came in earlier on in the year which was super sweet. I left with exactly what I needed and great service, Couldn’t recommend her enough (I didn’t get her name but I have her operator code on my receipt)

   The worst customer service ever. The Indian lady came to serve me with no customer service at all.I said I came to pay for the item which was on hold. She gave me the item to try without any hi or hellow . She already looked confused. I asked the lady how much will the resizing cost ,she said $75.00 why pay 75.00 when the item is above 1000. Isnt it free? Is it you need more training or were you not happy to serve me in the first place . She turned around and walked away and brought another team to serve me . Wont you tell me what's happening or would you rather turn your back and walk away ! You bring another team member to serve me and you stare at me. I went on Friday afternoon and it was worst customer service ever. I purchased the item and they made the error on the certificate of sale. It was your job to amend rather than telling me,that she need to call the help desk and the system wont let her do it now. Iam not surprised by your customer service as other reviews says it all. Not going back again !

   Went in to buy a gold chain, went to the counter whilst 2 counter staff polished jewellery. Neither said hello, nor looked at us as we stood by the chains, looking at the woman ‘serving’ 3 metres away from us. Do not go to this shop! St Luke’s much better. Maybe they have enough business in Newmarket. Went to Michael Hill IN Newmarket who were instantly attentive and helpful.
