[Premium Maki Platter] I was so focused on enjoying the sushi that I didnβt manage to take a photo until I had almost finished. The taste is absolutely Michelin-star quality! If they ever decide to offer dine-in, I truly believe they could earn a star. Definitely a must-visit spot whenever youβre craving outstanding sushi. :)

For some of the best quality take out sushi in town - this is it! Scallops were amazing and we ordered the build your own platter before and that was perfect! Delicious sushi from a take out store

Iβve fallen out of love with this place. They used to have really fresh ingredients & perfectly balanced filings in expertly prepared rice. The last few times Iβve ordered the thin layers of sashimi that topped the rainbow roll was almost smoked tasting, not fresh. It was as though the sashimi had been cured for longevity - which made the roll taste fishy and too salty. The surimi didnβt taste fresh either. Compared to most of the westernised oversized maki in Auckland itβs still a decent choice. Stick to the simple rolls.

This is so far the best sushi in Auckland CBD. It is not a restaurant but a prep kitchen so u can go in and order directly for take away or use the different apps for delivery. The portions are big, fresh and the flavors are always on point. The packaging is good too, as they use as minimum plastic as possible.I cannot get enough of this place. Unfortunately I am always so eager to eat I donβt have time for pictures. Yep it is that good!!!

I just ordered 2 sets of premium maki : Rainbow and Futomaki. Each set supposed to contain 8pieces of sushi inside. Unfortunately 1 set had only 6 pieces inside, and of course i paid full price. Taste was good tho and maybe 2 sauces would have been better. EDIT : Sorry i am not removing my review since when i came the old menu was still there (check my photo) so i thought i would get 8pcs instead. Itβs alright, lesson learned for next time

Looking for the best take-out sushi in Auckland Central? Look no further than The Sushi Store! Their menu is extensive, offering not only the freshest and most delicious sushi rolls, but also a wide variety of donburi, sashimi, gyoza, and mouthwatering sides like kimchi rice, salads, and miso soup. You won't be disappointed by the range of options available! Personally, I can't get enough of their Philly Chill Tuna Roll, Kingfish Crudo, and Miso Soup. And if you have any special requests, The Sushi Store is more than happy to accommodate them. The service is truly outstanding, with quick responses to messages and fast delivery times. Overall, I highly recommend The Sushi Store for anyone in the mood for top-quality sushi and exceptional service!

I really love The Sushi Store food. And their other brand βNaked Chopsticβ opened last week. So I ordered Yay! I was so satisfied. Naked Chopstic is such a special takeaway food spot and big portion compared to other place. This place food does not disappoint. My favorite one is Salmonster!!! Seriously, Iβve never eaten this favor. Melting in my mouth!!!! Thank you for making amazing food team! P.S. Also love I can order Naked Chopstic and The Sushi Store same time.
