    Had a great experience today - the staff were kind enough to put an item on hold for me so I could view in person and organise transport. Very responsive on Facebook messenger which was a huge help. Got a real bargain and my kids will be very happy w the play house. Thank you so much!

    If I had the option to award zero stars, I certainly would. I strongly advise against visiting this charity place; they consist of ugly items that are not justified by their prices. Even if they happen to have something decent, it's way too priced for being secondhand and used, so i don't know how they are making a business. I must also mention one employee, particularly the manager with wavy short hair, who was extremely impolite and i left the store feeling terrible. However there used to be a much better young girl working here which i think she left sadly. There are undoubtedly better alternatives with a better selection of goods that is more reasonable priced. My experience was horrible and has now lost a customer.

    Use to be good quality goods, nowadays leftover and old stock which they are trying to get rid off(still at high price) Refusing people donations by saying we have no place to keep, my suggestion is sell you old stock at less price so poor people can buy and please don't refuse the new donations. Also the staff Maggie is very helpful and sorry to mention the new staff don't remember her name but she has boy cut hair looks like she works on Thursdays and Fridays is very rude and discriminate the customers.

    I’m a regular and recently ive noticed the prices going up, some things are just way too expensive it’s ridiculous. Op shops were made for low income people who need clothing, now all these op shops are selling kmart brands for $20/$30 its so upsetting
