   I needed three trailer wheels after failing a warrant just before Christmas. I rang up Marine Deals and got Steve. He was awesome. He worked out what wheel type I was after then put them aside for me. As first timers we drove to the Rosedale store which had overflow parking for trailers. Steve was super helpful in making sure I had the right wheel. Great price and very impressed with the selection of products in store. We even bought other items. We will be back.

   Over the past approx 2 months I've purchased everything from boat to new outbound motor and all the assessories eg railblazer mounts of all types to kit out my new fishing dingy. Heaps of money spent on very good quality gear, All from marine deals. I would like to thank all at marine deals for the very very good service they give me , all of the items I bought were in stock, exept for the motor Yamaha 15hp which they ordered in for me. They supplied the motor so unbelievably quick only about 4 working days with main freight. Thanks main freight for delivering it right to my front door. And tracked all the way. The whole team at marine deals are so efficient ,fast ( next day delivery) couldn't have dealt with such an excellent reliable and efficient company as marine deals.    Second time I've brought off them now and I'm actually very happy. Was overnight delivery this time fast as. And everything was true and correct I got back country cuisine and a hunting knife at an affordable price Loving the knife and can't wait to use it when I go hiking . It's perfect for me.    4 months wait and chasing up of a product I purchased 4 months ago for $900 and i have only now just received an email saying that my product is being sent Absolutely ridiculous and the staff were not helpful at all during this whole time, just kept telling me there were delays etc and that theyd call me back, and never ever did, i always had to keep chasing them up, and there were some super arrogant call takers Spent $900 with these guys and this was a terrible terrible experience for me I hope I don't have to deal with these guys ever again, so for future reference, just be aware people you could be waiting up to 4 months!! For your product.

   Ordered some eternabond tape for our caravan roof that's supposed to have 15 years warranty, but after less than 1 year it was compromised by Native bees eating the glue from underneath it leaving just the thin, non-sticky film. I sent over some images of the issue and the store refused to assist in any way with remediation. After spending almost $500 on this product that was supposed to last the lifetime of the caravan this has been a really disappointing experience.
