   Great shop and wide range of badminton goods. Being a beginner they helped me find the right shoe for my size. Something I didn’t know is size 12 is an uncommon size for badminton shoes so keep in mind if you’re trying to buy anything above size 11 they may not have it in stock. Best to call beforehand and ask if it’s available. The shoes I bought were faulty, but the owner was very professional and even went out of her way to go back home and get a replacement pair for me! Really impressed with the dedication to make sure the customer gets the right product. I will definitely be coming back for my future badminton goods.

   A very poor service experience. I bought my brand new 100zz 4u/5 badminton racket from Player Sports, and they secretly switched the stringing to 3u/5. It took three visits to the store and two emails of complaint before they finally changed it back. She only said a word “sorry” The female staff member had a deadpan expression, as if someone owed her money. The items in the store were more expensive than in other shops in Auckland. I do not recommend going there. Afterwards, I told this experience to another friend, and he mentioned that his friend also had a similar incident where a 4U racket was switched to 3U. I really don't understand how such a store can exist in Auckland.

   Fabulous service!! Ordered for my son's Xmas Eve birthday. Not the time to be ordering at the last minute, but arrived with time to spare taking only the regular 3 days to ship even at this time of year, so impressed!! The badminton bag itself is super and my son pictured was so stoked with it that he wore it around the house whilst helping to wrap xmas pressies :) Thanks so much TG Sports, will be back for more goodies over the coming years!

   My friend recommended TGsports to me as I needed a new racket that meets my needs. I made an enquiry but I didn't wait for the response and made a purchase. Maggie rang me and discussed with me about my level and my needs. She then gave suggestions for the racket that would suit me as well as the tension of the string. She was very patient and definitely very knowledgeable about badminton rackets, string tensions, etc. We finished the phone call just before 1pm. And then I got a notification about my racket being on my way with the courier before 4pm. My new racket was strung and well packed within such a short time. I LOVE my new racket. Thanks very much for the service I have received from TGsports. I would highly recommend TG sports to anyone, especially if you are new to badminton. Thanks very much and I will definitely be back if I need anything else!
