   Worst facial I've ever had. It was in the attic room which was cold and the bed used was a massage bed with zero padding so very uncomfortable to ly on for an hour. The facial felt like she blobbed 3 different gels on my face, but that was it. Had a longer head massage then any of the actual face stuff - which was a limp massage and just left my hair all knotted. She left the room twice just leaving me lying there with product on my face. No face massage, steam or anything.

   As an avid fan of facials who has visited many places, my recent facial at Tonic with Erin was by far the best. It was super relaxing, with a unique and indulgent spa atmosphere. Erin explained each step informatively yet unobtrusively. The massage portion of my facial was deeply relaxing with perfect pressure, making me feel like I floated off on a cloud. Highly recommend!

   I was gifted a voucher for a massage here and had such a wonderful experience I have since returned. The ladies are all super friendly and helpful. The lovely Lucy has done both my massages and makes sure I am comfortable and that the pressure is right when starting the massage. Have left feeling so relaxed and refreshed, thank you Lucy and Team :)

   I was completely underwhelmed with my experience. I came here with a gift voucher for $200 and purchased a $228 package for a full body massage and facial. The massage was meek. I can only describe it as having moisturiser rubbed gently into my skin for an hour. There was no pressure or working out of any knots. The room was cold and a window was open with a cool beeeze which made it difficult to relax. The facial was over very quickly. The appointment ended 15 minutes early. Erin, the therapist did not walk me out or meet me at the counter. She was very cold right from the beginning. Maybe she was hungry. I came here with the intention of returning for ongoing facials- a self care goal as I get close to 40. I will not be returning and not recommending. I would have been heartbroken to have paid $228 for this experience.

   I have been going to tonic frequently for 2ish years and I can not recommend them enough. Out of 100 times 99 have been perfect, and the 1 time I had an issue I communicated it and was contacted directly by the owner of the salon who offered to fix my problem herself almost instantaneously as well as ringing me personally and refunding me. Never once did I feel like my complaint was a hassle or that my feedback was taken negatively. It’s clear they take pride in their customer service and their reputation. No place is perfect but tonic gets pretty close. Love love love :)
