Just popped in for a tshirt! Had a great chat with the lad working ended up staying longer Very helpful, friendly and ended up buying more! Would 100% recommend the shop Just wish my suitcase was bigger
We were sat in the corner of the massive stair case waiting for a friend to make a purchase. The staff then asked if we’d like to sit on the bench in side (that was crowded with people ) we politely passed. (Keep in mind they did not ask us to move they offered a seat ). We saw a female staff member whisper to a male staff member he then rudely said “you can’t sit there “. (Which he said from across a crowded store ) It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. If originally they came to us and told us that we couldn’t sit there politely I’d have no issues.(also keep in mind nobody was coming in and it’s impossible for two teenage girls to block a stair case the size of the whole shop)
First time here and it was fantastic. The two guys working there were super friendly and helpful. Big selection of clothing and skate equipment. Will definitely come back soon.
Probably the best service I've ever had. The people at Trainers are fantastic. They're attentive, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy. The sneaker selection is also very good.
Randomly found this gem of a skate shop in which I just had a browse but still it was made great by the excellent customer service by the guys present today shoutout to Nick really helpful and nice chat will definitely come back to buy because the organisation and the stuff they display is top notch all around great shop amazing job guys !!!
Best shop in Auckland. Cool clothes fun things like spin the wheel for a discount. Best staff ever. Perfect for skate/surf clothing. Bow is a G.
Fantastic customer service. Easy to communicate with via online sales. After my nikes came apart so soon after purchase, they made the exchange process seamless and stress free. Such an awesome product range too! Will 100% be purchasing again soon for the wife and kids. Thanks team.
Excellent skate shop. I have happily become a regular face to the friendly helpful staff. Trainers are definitely for and part of the culture with a strong crew that see's old staff coming back to help out sometimes... that indicates a good vibe and supportive shop. Many international and local brands available. Heaps of space in a shop below street level...dont miss it! There's no front window to speak of so look out for the sign and the stairs, and support your local skate shop.
