   Really disappointed. The first time I came in for a service I had an older lady do my nails both gel manicure and pedicure. She did such a great job hence the 2 stars. These looked amazing. However the 2nd time I went in I had a younger female do my nails and it was giving beginner because she would place enough gel polish on one finger nail for 2 so it would drip down the sides and once it had cured the polish would be stuck down the sides of my nail so she had to keep filing it down which made her upset (no idea why when you should know how to apply the polsih so there is no excess). She also cut deep into my cuticle area which really hurt. I had tried again yesterday 30th of October hoping 3rd time lucky and this time it was no different. I had a male serve me and it was okay at first but he become quite rough after I said "ouch" as he cut deep into my cuticle area and have been left with an open cut. After this he then stabbed under my finger nail with the cuticle clippers which really hurt. Very immature and not professional at all. I paid for your service and I expect the job to be done. I can do my own nails but as a mum wanting to pamper herself on her free time this is an awful experience.

   The customer service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. When I got my nails done, the process was super quick but still very clean and detailed. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Went in to get nails done. First Lady gave me really chunky builder gel so nails were super thick and bubbly, nail lengths uneven, polish didn’t start close to the edge, so already looked grown out, filing was uneven. It was already 6pm so she asked me to come back next day to fix it. The Second Lady could see what the issues were as it was obvious but pretended not to. She said she would fix it and kept saying builder gels need to be that thick - I get my nails done all the time so I do know they need to be filed down to look natural. She removed all the builder gel even though I repeatedly asked her not to. She didn’t know how to file them down to look natural - I had already paid for this service and was not given a refund. She applied polish and now I’ve got broken nails which split in the middle. I’d spent time getting my nails to a healthy stage and now I have to start fresh getting them healthy again. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR BUILDER GEL.

   Just had my nails done and my experience was beyond terrible! I had asked for a full set of acrylic with a french tip… to that they slapped on a white under tip 2x bigger than my actual nail and some clear acrylic on top and called it a day. Not the mention my bleeding cuticles. I would never recommend this salon to anyone!!

   I got acrylic nails, and they made all the nails different sizes. I’m currently a week into having these acrylics and two have fallen off. The paint has chipped off. Overall bad experience. They cut into my cuticles, and was a bad customer experience. Really wished I looked at the reviews first before going in.

   Just wanted basic acrylic tips. Ended up paying $90 not sure why always feel like I get fleeced at these Asian salons they always suggest the expensive service would be best. Then when I ask for what I want they're like oh no can't do that

   Just recently got a manicure done here and can say it was such a good experience! I had gotten it done by Jennifer and her service was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, she was easy to talk to and she made sure I was happy with the results. Will definitely be coming back here!

   Did SNS with these guys. Not tidy, good quality workmanship. Left residue of powder under fingernails, clumpy lumpy powder on nailbed and very very thick layer. Not well trained staff. Also not the best customer service experience. Sorry won't be coming back here.
