   Absolutely appalling experience. This business is the definition of unprofessional and disorganised. I booked three facials, two threading treatments, and one eyelash infill, paid a deposit online, and only upon arriving with my family were we told they could not provide several of the services we had already been paid for. When we requested a refund, staff had no idea what to do, repeatedly saying the owner was “on holiday” as if that excuses taking people’s money and not delivering services. Communication was extremely poor, and staff were unable to clearly explain anything. It felt chaotic, incompetent, and honestly deceptive. We were visibly unhappy, yet they pressured us into proceeding with one facial instead of properly resolving the issue. That facial was disgusting. The products used were cheap, low-grade, and clearly not professional. There were zero hygiene standards the staff member constantly touched her phone and then my mum’s face without sanitising, left the room multiple times, and barely spent any time actually performing the treatment. This place should not be offering beauty services at all. It is unhygienic, unsafe, poorly run, and a complete waste of money and time. I would strongly warn anyone considering this business to go elsewhere. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

   I had my laser treatment done by Rita Hundal, and I’m honestly very happy with the experience. Rita always takes great care, explains everything clearly, and replies patiently to any questions I have. She is very professional, kind, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. After just 3 sessions, I could already see visible results, which made me feel so confident and satisfied. I’m truly thankful to Rita for her excellent work and dedication. Highly recommend her to anyone considering laser treatment!

   Highly Recommend!!! The staff are super professional. They'll tell you the risks and recommendations before even touching your hair. Friendly and kind staff too. Felt very welcome and well looked after. I was informed of time frames at every step of having my hair done. Will absolutely be coming back again soon!    Love that the price is fixed, cause you don't need to worry about extra costs at the till. The ladies were friendly and didn't mind the quietness as I closed my eyes and relaxed at the wash station. Head massage was awesome, it just needs too be longer lol. My foils turned out fantastic, coverage of grey's was good. I will go again

   I've been Infusion's client for over two years now. Have always got the best of services. The staff are very friendly and professional. Great service at affordable prices. Got ombre blue hair done recently. My hair looks stunning and I have received lots of compliments for it. All thanks to Ramit and Maggy! I always get my eyebrows and facial done here and Param does an excellent job. Julia once did my facial as well and she did an amazing job too.
