   I was torn between giving this place 3 or 4 stars, but ultimately settled on 4⭐⭐⭐⭐, and here’s why. Portion size and value for money - 5 Stars! We had the jalapeño poppers, which were fantastic—perfectly filling, just the right level of spice, and the accompanying sauce was amazing. We actually wanted a bit more sauce; it was that good! Then, we had the chicken, which was also delicious. It came with its own sauce, which was equally amazing—another 5 stars! We also shared the loaded fries, which fell a bit short of expectations. They ended up being very saucy but had very little pulled pork. Perhaps we caught the end of a batch, but it felt like the fries were almost in a soup bowl. Based on previous reviews, we expected more balance. I’d give the loaded fries 3 stars. Atmosphere and decor - Truly wonderful, and the location is perfect. ❤️ We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

   I ordered a chicken burger, and unfortunately, it was made with frozen chicken, completely tasteless, and overpriced for the quality they offered. The attitude of the staff definitely left a lot to be desired. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it at all.

   We came to see the poha beach as a tourist attraction, we came with uber, after spending an hour or so we were hungry, we saw this restaurant and decided to eat here, it turned out to be the best decision. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. we ordered vegetarian dishes as their meat options were not Halal. We ordered falafel tacos, potato wedges, and jalapeño bites, all perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Akshay for his kindness and for helping us getting a taxi to go back to the city.

   A fun place to visit right after going for a dip at Piha! The food was pretty good and came out pretty quickly. Slightly pricey for what you get, but it’s a fun experience and a great location too. Can recommend the pork ribs and the smoked fried chicken.

   5 stars for being super dog friendly. The food was pretty good too. We got the shared meatboard to try a few different meats and was pretty good value. We really liked the beef brisket and the chicken tenderloins. Our least favourite was the pulled pork.

   This Bar & Diner is on the 2nd floor of the Piha Surf Lifesaving Club so is a great venue overlooking Piha beach. We were there for a private function & checked out some of their craft beers from the well stocked bar & enjoyed a great buffet menu with Slider, Chicken Wings, Slaw & Smoked Ribs. All very delicious & can be ordered as menu items. Winter opening times appear to be weekend oriented so well worth a visit , perhaps phone if you intend going to check opening times

   We held our Son's 21st here yesterday. It made for a memorable occasion with the best atmosphere possible both inside and opening on to the deck. Loved that we were able to orgnise an afternoon event rather than evening which suited some older family members. The Food platters were incredible. Staff were amazing and super onto it with communication on everything. And you cant beat the Piha Surf Club as a venue - was so picturesque with stunning outlook. Was super easy to organise everything just through email.Totally recommend as an excellent venue 100% THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE TEAM FOR LOOKING AFTER US.

   Great service, and the Margaritas were perfect! A wet, windy, wild day on the west coast, and this was the perfect spot to sit and watch the waves, and views of the iconic Lion Rock. Cosy couches and booths, a very relaxed Piha vibe. Although I recommend some prominent signage out front - I suspect some visitors to Piha may not even know about the Juke Joint or that it was open?
