   Bought a falafel salad on 6th Aug and the lettuce was brown, smelly (having unpleasant smell, was not eatable). When called the store to update this - the gentleman over the phone denied this telling me “they have bought this lettuce today itself”. Sent them the photo of this on their email (the one that’s attached to this review), and no response on this at all. Would never visit again.

   What a disaster of a Pita Pit. I ordered online, said it would be 10 minutes. We got there 5 minutes late and I still had to wait another 10 minutes. 95% lettuce in both of our pitas, the onion and mushroom I asked for grilled was completely raw. My mango and banana smoothie tasted like tropical juice with a weird consistency. There was a guy moving around the kitchen all the time with jandels on.. in a kitchen?? The worst experience I've ever had at a pita pit.

   Can't even begin to describe how disappointed I am. Last night I ordered a pita bowl and when I received my order there were a couple things missing - garlic and herb, grilled capsicum and toasted seeds were all missing. The lettuce was pink (stale/off) and the beef was burnt. The whole meal was inedible, and I had to throw it away. Called the store today and the manager said he couldn't/wouldn't do anything about... Worst experience ever, definitely wouldn't recommend

   Went here for lunch, where I ordered a regular pita. The staff very rudely refused to accept my AA membership card benefit which according to both Pita Pit and AA websites, gives me a free small wedges or drink. Very average pita, definitely will not be returning to this store.

   Was on the hunt and had a craving for a fresh, crisp and healthy salad and found Pita Pit Mt Eden nearby online so ordered a click and collect, so convenient and easy. Lots of delicious options, loved the roasted peppers!! So easy to customise to my taste, the Chicken Caesar salad was divine, generous and nutritious, the chicken and bacon were freshly cooked plus the staff were accommodating and friendly, I really enjoyed my lunch and can recommend Pita Pit Mt Eden to anyone looking for a healthy alternative and great summer eats Thanks, will be back! 10/10
